What is Wellness Coaching?

If you’ve ever felt like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you’re having a hard time actually doing it, you aren’t alone.

Wellness Coaching is the bridge between where you are and where you want to be. While a doctor might give you a diagnosis and a nutritionist might give you a meal plan, I stay with you to figure out how those things actually fit into your real, busy life. It is a collaborative partnership designed to help you tap into your own wisdom and strengths.

  • Accountability with Grace: I’m here to keep you focused on your goals, but always with compassion. Together, we’ll celebrate the wins and look at any "setbacks" as valuable data to help us pivot.
