My Approach to Your Wellbeing
You are the true expert on your own life. My role is to guide, encourage, and hold you accountable as you reclaim your health through lifestyle change. Together, we’ll tap into your unique strengths to build a wellness vision that actually fits this season of your life. I find that small, consistent steps often lead to more sustainable and lasting changes. Whether we’re looking at food, movement, sleep, stress, or relationships, we’ll focus on making the process feel doable and enjoyable. Ultimately it’s about helping you find your “why” so you can show up for what matters most to you.

I’m a lifelong learner who loves the outdoors and curling up with a good book. I live in the town of Sandpoint with my husband and two teenagers, and when I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me sitting in or leading women’s circles and spending quality time with my family. Though I grew up in Delaware, I’ve lived 'out west' for my entire adult life.
